Passioneer of Purpose
With over 33 years of experience in healthcare management, Jenny Bair brings a deep passion for building thriving, patient-centered practices. During her six years as a Practice Development Manager at BioTE Medical, she helped guide clinics toward sustainable growth and operational excellence.
As the founder of Living Well Functional Medicine Center, Jenny successfully built and led a multi-million-dollar practice serving more than 6,000 patients, supported by a dedicated team of 25. Her expertise includes strategic planning, operational efficiency, and staff development—empowering teams to perform at their best while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
Jenny also has a strong background in marketing, event planning, and community engagement, playing an active role in advancing healthcare education and fostering meaningful connections within the communities she serves.
Jenny Bair has pursued extensive training and continuing education across a wide range of disciplines to support her holistic approach to healthcare and personal development. Her background includes advanced work with BioTE Medical in nutraceuticals, peptides, ProLon protocols, and business coaching and consulting.
She has also completed coursework in functional medicine through the School of Applied Functional Medicine, along with studies in social media management and podcasting. Jenny is certified in aromatherapy through the Aromahead Institute (with final certification pending), holds a Reiki Master Level 2 designation, and is an ordained Reverend.
Her additional certifications through the American Association of Christian Counselors & Coaches include Dr. Amen’s Brain Coaching Program, life coaching, marriage mentoring, emotionally focused couples work, eating disorders, human sexuality, and more—alongside training from the Gottman Institute (Levels 1 & 2, including the Gottman Sex Program). She has also completed certification through Indiana University’s Center for Sexual Health Promotion and previously served as an HIV/AIDS instructor with the American Red Cross.
