With over 33 years of experience in healthcare management, Jenny Bair brings a deep passion for building thriving, patient-centered practices. During her six years as a Practice Development Manager at BioTE Medical, she helped guide clinics toward sustainable growth and operational excellence.

As the founder of Living Well Functional Medicine Center, Jenny successfully built and led a multi-million-dollar practice serving more than 6,000 patients, supported by a dedicated team of 25. Her expertise includes strategic planning, operational efficiency, and staff development—empowering teams to perform at their best while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

Jenny also has a strong background in marketing, event planning, and community engagement, playing an active role in advancing healthcare education and fostering meaningful connections within the communities she serves.

Jenny Bair has pursued extensive training and continuing education across a wide range of disciplines to support her holistic approach to healthcare and personal development. Her background includes advanced work with BioTE Medical in nutraceuticals, peptides, ProLon protocols, and business coaching and consulting.

She has also completed coursework in functional medicine through the School of Applied Functional Medicine, along with studies in social media management and podcasting. Jenny is certified in aromatherapy through the Aromahead Institute (with final certification pending), holds a Reiki Master Level 2 designation, and is an ordained Reverend.

She has also completed certification through Indiana University’s Center for Sexual Health Promotion and previously served as an HIV/AIDS instructor with the American Red Cross.

Teresa Rinlee is the President and CEO of Peak Practice Solutions, a consulting firm dedicated to helping medical practices grow by developing new cash-pay services and revenue opportunities. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, Teresa has worked closely with physicians and practice owners to identify innovative ways to expand their offerings while improving patient care and practice profitability.

Teresa’s career has given her a unique perspective on both the clinical and business sides of medicine. She spent seven years as a District Sales Manager with BioTE Medical, helping clinics implement hormone optimization programs and build successful cash-based service lines. She has also owned and operated a physician recruiting firm and a medical spa, giving her firsthand experience in the challenges and opportunities that healthcare
entrepreneurs face.

Earlier in her career, Teresa owned and managed Guadalupe Valley Surgical Associates, where she helped develop a bariatric surgery program for Guadalupe Valley Regional Hospital while overseeing practice operations for more than a decade.

Today, through Peak Practice Solutions, Teresa focuses on connecting medical practices with vetted services, technologies, and strategic opportunities that help them grow, diversify revenue, and stay competitive in an evolving healthcare landscape.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Lutheran University and is certified in diet and nutrition coaching through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
